Payments are due upon signing unless otherwise arranged. We adhere to Florida state laws governing private investigations (Florida Statutes, Chapter 493).

1. General Investigation Services

Hourly Rate Option (Standard Investigations):

$75 per hour

Includes surveillance, background checks, and general inquiries.

Minimum of 4 hours per engagement.

2. Background Checks

Basic Background Check (Individual):

Includes criminal history, address history, and public records search in All 50 States.*
 

- **Refunds for No Match Found**: A full refund will be issued if we are unable to find a match for the person specified in your TruthFinder Comprehensive Report request, based on the information provided (e.g., name, date of birth, or other identifiers).

- **Non-Refundable Cases**: Refunds will not be issued if a report is successfully generated, even if the information does not meet your expectations or includes limited data, as long as a match is found. All sales are final for completed reports.​

3. Missing Persons/Locate Investigations

 

- Initial Case Assessment:

$150 flat fee
*Includes consultation, database searches, and preliminary inquiries.*

- Active Investigation:

$75 per hour
For fieldwork, interviews, and coordination with law enforcement (if applicable).*
Minimum 4-hour engagement.

- Out-of-County Searches:
+$0.55 per mile for travel beyond Monroe County + lodging if overnight.

Additional Fees

- **Court Testimony/Deposition:**
$100 per hour (2-hour minimum) + travel expenses if out of Monroe County.

- **Cancellation Fee:**
50% of scheduled hours if canceled within 24 hours of start time.

Discounts and Payment Terms

- **Payment Methods:**
Credit card, check, or ACH transfer. 50% deposit required for new clients.
Invoices due within 15 days; 1.5% monthly interest on overdue balances.

- **No Hidden Fees Guarantee:**
All costs are disclosed upfront. Any additional expenses (e.g., unforeseen travel) will be approved by the client before incurring.
